It all started with a promise, a promise to my best friend that we would have a June stayover. Easier said than done, with my SUPER hectic schedule, that even they couldn’t manage to fathom… I decided to give up all hope trying to have a break, and lugged them all along to all my different appointments…

Anyway, it starts when Belmond, Lennon, and Kian Tat come over to have the usual fun and sleep-deprived nights with the uneventful days… So they come over, and then after settling in (by watching weird videos and hiding from my sisters), we swam till dinner… After which, we watched some weird Chinese drama serial (one of the usual where everyone in a complicated family dies and separates and gets back together again in the end)…

We then went to watch a few more movies, and I GOT A NEW UMBRELLA =P !! Its a huge golf umbrella too, muahahah =P !!! Anyway, we watched Serenity, which is a ’stupid’ drama-comedy that insists on using Chinese as a second language, but can’t use it properly! I have to rely on Belmond or Kian Tat to translate what they’re TRYING to say, so I can understand their curses or hidden conversations… Anyway, since Belmond and Kian Tat fell asleep while watching Serenity, Lennon and I went to sleep too…

On the second day, we were invited (last-minute) by Eugene Lee to go jamming for Legion Chalet, but we ended up doing nothing (as expected) and wasting most of our money, though we kinda enjoyed our time… Singing dumb songs that we can’t really sing, and trying to learn songs in a few minutes…

After that, we decided to go for a movie, but couldn’t all agree on one time, because of time constraints or genre preferences… Basically, some didn’t want horror movies or couldn’t since they had to be home early or something like that… Whatever…

So after the movie, we went walking around (sending Lennon off to the MRT) and Kian Tat spotted Jared and Eugene at KFC even though they said they had to be home early, so they couldn’t go to see a late show… Anyway, after meeting up with Kenny, we went home and swam (again) till it was really late and was time to sleep… But up till now (4am), we still haven’t gone to bed since we had a late sleep-in morning yesterday… Had fun torturing Kenny yesterday night in the pool after everyone else had gone up (don’t let your imagination wander… =P)

We just played a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG game of Michiganopoly, which I happened to win =P, since I went mad at first buying up all the property, and then went broke, but gained it all back by earning credits and obtaining diplomas… But that’s just a game (which I happened to win =P) and it’s over…

Now I should probably go to bed, since I’ve got tuition tomorrow morning, and a busy hectic schedule tomorrow; going out again… *sigh* I’m going to torture Kenny before he sleeps =P

I really didn’t expect camp to be so fun, especially one with church teens that can’t be bothered to go for cat even… Anyway, they’re probably there for the company and not for the spiritual experience…

The games were really fun, not to mention interesting (though utterly repulsive and disgusting)… HAHA =P

We were made to eat watermelon halves without using hands, and we could only do it one person at a time, in a team of about five people? Madness lah… But my team won in the end, THANKS TO ME!! I broke the watermelon open, like so that we could really reach the bottom…

The next one was getting MnMs buried in flour, and that was pretty gross, but I’ve done it before, so no surprise there… But it did turn to dough in my mouth and get stuck in everywhere possible… HAHA =P

There was a game in which we had to transport different balls across a short stretch using different body parts, according to a draw of cards on which the different choices were written… So if you got ‘butt’ and your partner got ‘head’ with a ‘ping pong ball’, then that would be a very funny sight, and i think my team got it twice (not my partner and me though, thank God)…

The last game was human construction, where you had to perform different scenarios, like two guys would be the doors, another would be the seat, another would be the top of the car, and someone would pretend to be someone huge and try to get in (unsuccessfully)… Our group couldn’t be bothered…

Anyway, the rest of the camp was damn fun, though the facil party was really killed by the fact that I had a camp to go back to, and couldn’t have fun with my friends from Kids Camp (like JOSEPH), though I had fun with Eugene, drawing on his hand… HAHA =P

Anyway, camp was fun in general lah, but I didn’t really have a BEST FRIEND to hang around with, so that bummed it =P But i did have fun with my friends and close friends… That was okay, not too bad… Finally got to know Cheryl’s brother, Bryan… And that small guy who doesn’t gel his hair up, Ryan… HAHA =P Anyway, he use my gel also dowan to use properly =P Whatever lah…

Neil damn funny lah, he’s Sec 3, but acts like one P3 kid or younger… Oh man, I miss Kids Camp cuz of him… HAHA =P

Anyway, I had fun lah… That’s all that matters, right?

No one would have thought that this camp would be such a big success, nor would it be so well-organized, since it was done by the so-thought "inexperienced youth". Little did they know we had Gen and Tush =P…

Anyway, the response was overwhelming, and we had more facils than even Gen could expect, with our facil-drive… Camp prep was madness, but it was more than essential for a smooth-running camp…

The games went flawlessly, some well-prepared, some last-minute, but all good and very much enjoyed/appreciated… Even my makeshift Amazing Race was not as big a disaster as I thought…

My group GENEROSITY was great, with eleven great kids, and four superb facils; Errol, Sandra, Denise and me facilitating the group; Edward, Simone, Victoria, Catherine, Clarissa, Clarice, Rafael, Joshua, Robert, Ryan & Ewan. All great kids, all contributing to Generosity’s dominant skit, even though we didn’t win any other games…

There were so many troublemakers in the camp, but thank God none of them were from my group =P My whole group participated in the skit, all very good actors, and we were (sorry to boast), by far the best skit, though there were some other very good singers…

I’m sure the facils that I roped in were glad to be there too, Eugene Lee especially… HAHA =P! Jon Chen, Chris Teo, David Menon, Alex Poon, Nathalie, Valerie, Liz, Germ, etc.

Waterbomb fight was not very good, I think they should revert to the old style… Not all the kids got wet, even those that wanted to get wet… How sad is that? Stupid waterbomb-filler ppl kept so many for themselves, the kids didn’t have enough… Kena shouted at by my sister also… Serves them right =P

Hung out with Kindess quite a lot, since they were right next to Generosity, and Patience a little bit, but they were further away… Anyway, I made friends with Brendan and Abigail (from Kindness), and Isaac and Rachel (from Patience) but I don’t know if they know me or not… Oh well, let’s hope they at least remember what I look like even if they don’t remember my name…

Really, the camp was undescribable… The kids made it a camp, the friends made it a fun camp.

So many grudges, so little time… Smelly sister wet me with her waterbottle BEFORE the waterbomb fight, Joavan (Joseph) wanted so badly to get me, don’t think he ever did =P… But my sister got drenched thanks to me =P
Errol came to me with a cut, white stuff oozing out, I helped him wash it, and sent him to Gen. Crazy boi… Fever still want to play…

Anyway, if you want me to recount everything, here is a summary;

Before the obstacle course, I had fun filling water balloons and getting everyone wet, playing with a Siberian Huskie called "BARNEY" who liked the water…

Anyway, that game was okay, then my Amazing Race sucked, but they enjoyed it anyway, though nothing was ready… HAHA =P ! Everything was screwed up for my game lah… Thank God it worked out barely okay…

The zoo trip was fantastic too, although I did get lost cuz Edward wandered off, and I had to wait for him, walking past the rest of my group who were in the midst of a crowd… Anyway, Denise called me, and Edward found them… I SAW A POLAR BEAR!!! Haha =P

Last day, Ryan was really irritating, but he was okay in the end… I didn’t get to say bye to my kids =( … I was helping Robert put on a bandage… Oh well, maybe I’ll see them next camp? (If there is gonna be one) Had fun blowing bubbles with Rachel and Joseph and Sangar, went mad, still high.

Looking forward to Saturday’s facil party… Dunno how I’m gonna get out of Con camp to come back home tho…

Slept like twelve hours, and a few more after lunch (which I woke up just in time for) and now my two smelly sisters are snoring away behind me while I’m typing… HAHA =P Even louder than my music…
